[SBE16-Seattle] 92.9 Olympia area

Not being a frequent flyer on the SBE site, but taking notice of
"inappropriate" activities on the FM band...

K225DC 92.9 FM is licensed as an FM translator, ostensibly originating
either
1) 920 AM Olympia, or
2) 99.9 FM LPFM Hoquiam.

Neither is true.  Long time listening shows that "Northwest Rock N Roll
Preservation Society", which in fact is the same couple that is licensee of
KGHO-FM is 100% originating programming.

And not only originating programming, also of course without benefit of a
legal station ID.
Does the Commission even care about these things anymore?  And should we,
since at some point there will be a new FM on 92.9 that will blow them away?
