[SBE16-Seattle] 92.9 Olympia area

I stumbled upon their latest transgressions because a friend of ours in
Aberdeen spoke of a new station on "92.8".  After I educated him on the
absence of ".8" etc in the US, I took a listen, and voila, right in the
middle of Aberdeen, it was GoodTime Oldies, with the old standby voices of
"Jay Binkley and Paul Kelly".  Same voices heard for years on KGHO-LP.  But
the voice tracks were truncated to exclude mentions of "KGHO" etc.
