An alternative suggestion is that one complaint does the trick.  Not Sure if Binh Nguyen is still operating out of Portland, but we're in FCC Region III.  The NAL's and NOV's are issued out of Los Angeles.  We had a visit from Binh related to a mix product being generated by our FM translator pair in Everett interfering with 89.5 FM, ironic because Captain Buzz Anderson services both of us.

Nevertheless, Binh showed up, let us know, and we got right to work installing more filters.  Binh.Nguyen at fcc.gov 

Here is an NOV for KBNP issued earlier this year.  If Binh is still around, he did this one:

I have come to the conclusion that the, post field offices- FCC, is largely a complaint driven outfit....

Example would be if the State Patrol were to be given new directions - Only go after traffic violators if someone complained 😊

Likely one/singular complaint is put in the 'Round Tuit' file.....They get a lot of complaints (perhaps with copies to a Congressman or two) and you might get action.

That's a translator?  I wouldn't be surprised if they were over power, too.  They tripped the scan on my crappy truck radio in Centralia and I didn't lose them until I started going down the hill into Puyallup.
