[SBE16-Seattle] TV Question

 KUSE has a R & S transmitter.  Ion has one for backup.
There was one of the Mediaflo units at Tiger.  As far as I know it is still there.

MediaFlo deployed many R&S transmitters for their now defunct “Mobile TV” service.

Many of those transmitters have been repurposed for broadcast DTV service by replacing the exciter.

I believe there are several in the Northwest.

Excellent transmitters.

Marty Hadfield has much more information on these transmitters and deployment.
