Hello Brother Clay.
I hope this finds you still feeling well and prosperous. I recall you served many terms on the SBE National BOD including President. I am now the By Laws Committee Chairman and am looking for a few capable colleagues who will join me in reviewing proposed By Laws changes. There are a few new simple ones to be considered with recommendations made before the National BOD Meeting at NAB this April.

Can I count on your expertise and acceptance of this most important assignment in this endeavor?
