I seem to remember a story about an ‪EAS EMULATOR‬ deliberately created for program use that DID NOT trigger decoders. Presumably, the tone sequences and time code and frequencies sound similar but not equal to the genuine test signal. This loophole allows
 the media to broadcast a simulation. True or false? Can’t really say. Maybe just a story. <br>
