Kevin managed technical operations for Northwest Public Broadcasting (NWPB).<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;background:white'><span style='color:#555555;mso-ligatures:none'>He was responsible for technical operations, transmission systems, and engineering support for Washington State public radio and television.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;background:white'><span style='color:#555555;mso-ligatures:none'>Kevin was a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers with CBT and CBNT certifications.
