 From our friends at NAB!   S. Lockwood

Five years after the FCC closed most of its field offices and promised
to create a portal to prioritize "enterprise" interference complaints, a
new website has been launched.  The URL is:

https://fccprod.service-now.com/psix-esix/

Broadcasters experiencing interference problems that affect a large
number of listeners can file a complaint through the "enterprise" portal
and generally receive prompt attention, as well as status updates.

Some appropriate instances for filing a complaint through this portal
include:

   *   LED stoplights or video displays that constantly interfere with
reception at an intersection or along a street

   * Interference to satellite downlinks resulting in having to use
back-up delivery for network programming

   * Interference to STLs from known or unknown sources

   * Interference to weather radar from WISPs

   *   Pirate radio operation where the identity or location of the
operator is known

   *   AWS3 Interference to 2 GHz
