 Jim and the SBE 16-Board:
I decided to send this email to both at the same time,  I didn't get a chance to talk to John Poray directly but did get his assistant,  she read me a letter that John had sent to another chapter that was asking the same question.

Basically we don't have to have a in person board meeting or a in person chapter meeting  for the month of April because of the Corona virus situation,  however we can, at our discretion have both meetings in a virtual (video) method or a phone conference call.  Either method is fine and we will get credit for it.  The decision is ours.  Based on this I am going to ask the board to agree to have a conference call with a bridge if Ryan from Kiro can arrange it - at least for the board meeting and then we can decide what we want to do for the chapter meeting.  Normally John sends out a letter to all chapter chairs prior to the start of each month, if he sends one out to me for April I will let everybody know.
If this is acceptable to everybody please let me know.  Thanks guys and please be safe.
Dave Ratener
