[SBE16-Board] FW: Scholarship for GatesAir Training

The Scholarship currently has a defined award limit of $1000. He can apply
using the application on the Scholarship page of the website. Though it
says 2022, it's OK to use as is. I'll update the posted form so it doesn't
expire.
