[SBE16-Seattle] tuners in some smart phones.

My Verizon/Samsung S9 has an FM tuner, but they don't advertise it and they
don't provide an app to control it.  The app is NextRadio.  I think I heard
someplace that the NextRadio app is now unsupported, so using it on newer
platforms may not work.
