[SBE16-Seattle] 88.9 possible interloper

In an effort in finding the new signal on 88.9  - I have the following 

 

DRIVING EAST  - 

 

On Thursday and Friday I drove from Auburn to West Tiger .As I drove east on
SR18 from Auburn the hip-hop playing station faded and I was able to again
hear KSWS.    As I climbed West Tiger, the higher I got, the better I heard
KSWS (with no interference) 

Coming back to Auburn.I could again hear it as I got down in the valley
floor.    Again I could not hear it in my driveway on the East Hill of
Auburn (line of site to KSWS) 

 

This leads me to believe the station is located to the North or NW of Auburn
and running pretty low power.  

 I will be heading north on 167 on Tuesday AM and will listen.

 

Below are the FCC licensed stations on 88.9 in Western Washington.   Nothing
here indicates what this might be.  (I was thinking it was a new LPFM)
Have yet to hear any call letters etc.

 

Anyone hearing this - Please give me a call
