I heard the Pirate again yesterday in Auburn....However signal was much
weaker 
Indicating that he is likely varying his power level.

The following from Lowell Kiesow  based on his observations in Tacoma.

Appreciate it, if you have a chance, please listen to 88.9 and let me know
what you hear.

My guess, from the signal strength, he is south of Sea-Tac.

I heard the pirate on 88.9 in downtown Tacoma.  As I got on higher 
ground going toward the Lincoln district, KSWS started to beat it 
up.  That suggests to me that it's coming from the north.
