[SBE16-Seattle] 92.9 Olympia area

A few years ago, I turned in a pirate station located in Des Moines, and
the FCC had it shut down within a matter of days.  It helped that I was
able to provide the location of the transmitter, a description of how I
found it, photos showing the presence of the studio, and a complaint from
our listener who was experiencing blanketing interference.  Give them some
evidence to act on and they'll take action.
