[SBE16-Seattle] 92.9 Olympia area

92.9 is booming at our home outside of Hoquiam, if I had known how easy it
would be to run a pirate station and not be shut down, I wouldn't have
bothered to go through the process of licensing stations and paying annual
and renewal fees.
