[SBE16-Seattle] Modulation Monitor

I'm looking for a modulation monitor to use in setting up an RDS system.  Does anyone have one which shows subcarrier modulation which I could rent or borrow?

I haven't been on this list for quite some time.  I'm retired now but an old client asked me to help with this project.  Steve Lockwood who I've known many years suggested I try this listserv.
