Julian, I don't have a mod monitor to loan out but do have an Inovonics 551
that is frequency agile and can be tuned to whatever frequency you'd want.
It does show injection levels of RDS, pilot, etc.
If your client is in this market, you could tweak and I could "talk you in"
as you adjust.
